Hey Blair.....I just have to comment on your 11:11 story. I think it's the one when you had the dream right? Well I have this weird thing with the number 3. Think about this! Mom and Dad passed away almost three years to the day with only a week separating them. Aidan and Alexander are almost three years apart with only one day separating them. And when I was in the hospital with Alexander, my room number was 333. Kind of makes you think, especially since this will be the 3rd anniversary of my father's passing in February of 2007. Hope nothing bad happens this go around.
On a lighter note, everyone that has said their favorite taste is anything geared towards Mexican, I hope has tried authentic Mexican food. Not TEX-Mex. There is a difference. And if you haven't, whenever I am able to come and visit I will promise to make some authentic dishes. There's more to Mexican than tacos and burritos! LOL Did you know that an authentic taco is made with small soft corn tortillas, a type of meat (usually marinated), topped with onion, cilantro, and salsa(not pace picante)? It is truely a delicasse (sorry if I misspelled that) in itself. Other wonderful dishes are Mole Colorado, pozole (a tamer version of Menudo, it's without the tripe), frijoles charros, pollo borracho, chilaquiles, and millions of salsas to go around :) Oh, and if anyone thinks they can handle HOT sauce, I think I can give them a run for their money with one of my recipes!!!! Bets anyone???? hehehehe
Well just thought I might give you some FOOD FOR THOUGHT!!!!
Take care and love all around!
