First let me tell Blair that I sincerely thank him for having set up a Blog site for the Griffin Sisters. Sometimes I do not have time at work to blog even though I do read it almost every other day. Since my computer at work is the only access I have to a computer, I do not always have a chance to blog and feel that my owner might get upset that I am utilizing my time blogging. Jerry does not blog since he has no access at all. His computer system is an intranet system for only the probation department.

Now, I also had a wonderful weekend holding my new grandbaby! He now has gained back the weight he lost and more. He is now weighing 5lbs 6oz. He is beginning to stay awake for longer periods of time and is wanting more formula than he was taking. He is in fact beginning to get that little baby round tummy. His dark blue eyes look up at you and melts anyone's anyones heart. Grandpa and I both think he is Grand! He is still wearing preemie clothes, but not for very long. Cameron is a very proud Dad and drips with love for the baby. In fact, we all do!

Tres was able to come over to Cameron and Diane's apartment Sunday for a little while after taking Mark to the airport. We enjoyed seeing and visiting with her. , too. We ate Chinese food, helped Diane and Cameron with some chores and really enjoyed our fellowship together.

Jerry came back home with the sniffles and last night and today has progressed to coughing. He decided that it would be best for him to stay at home today, which is unlike Jerry unless he is really feeling under the weather. I talked to him at lunch to see how he was feeling and he was still was coughing. He said that he was going to get out however and pick up Townsend at the kennel, where we had left him over the weekend.

Adding to the statement that Betsy made----I LOVE MY HUSBAND!!! I feel that I am very blessed. I love him more today than I did when we were first married! When we were engaged and planning our wedding, Jerry told me that he always wanted me to be Sheron Griffin. I was so niave that I didn't see the depth of his statement at the time. Today I honor and cherish his foresight to let me be myself. He did not want me to change in any way, nor was he trying to change me. He accepted and loved me for who I was and continues to accept me and love me for who I am today. Since it is February, love must be in the air!

I haven't heard from Brandon this week or weekend. I know that he had indicated that he had had to put in some long hours after missing work during the "ice age". John called and said that he had worked at a WalMart pharmacy over the weekend and that he was a little tired. He was looking forward to seein gLauren this next weekend.

Everyone continues to have a green light for the next Griffin Shindig in Ft. Worth. May it begin to be spring-like weather by the weekend we all get together! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. In fact I'm getting down right hungry to see everyone! Love to all of you! Sheron
