Hey Tress, glad your family is doing good. I can't believe Devin is fixin' to graduate high school. He is doing so well. Mark and I have been chattin' NASCAR all week. It is pretty dramatic this year.

Hey, Markus, I'm glad you caught your diabetes stuff. Don't sweat it, you will do great. With my new job I am working with a lot of guys that have their CDL licenses that have diabetes. So, I have some really good info and tips to keep you healthy and strong. Of course eat a low fat diet as much as possible, eat your veggies and fruit, drink plenty of water, check your blood sugar twice a day and keep your feet so clean that you could eat off them and you are good to go. If you get a sore anywhere just watch it closer than you might before, because it might take a little longer to heal. Hey I'm proud of you buddy and like I need you to rely on my NASCAR and car advice, I'm here for you on your health stuff.
