Hey Tress! This will be the first office. The other office that I owned was mortgage, and since then I have sold it and washed my hands clean of that. This venture, to me, is much more excited and the potential is much better. Hopefully when you guys come down this weekend, Betsy and I can see you as well. Tell Mark that I think it is pretty sad that Dale Jr. may not be even driving for Earnhardt Inc. next year because the widow doesnt want to share ownership.
