Hello all!
I had such a good time as always at the Griffin get down! I enjoyed seeing everyone. I would like to say officially that i have always been told the game is called Wahoo. One of the first times I met Jared's family they told me they invented this game. I thought "How clever! THey have their own family game!" Until some friends from church invited us to come over to play a game called ...... Wahoo!!The jig was up! Mark I will be sure to wear my shirt with the billowy sleeves next time we play as it served me so well. I'll never forget the look on Mark's face when that 4 spilled out of my sleeve. Priceless! I enjoyed seeing the newest addition Brock. He is such a good and quiet baby. Speaking of babies Jared and i went over to Mike's and Eletia's last night for dinner. We had such a good time. I felt Toby Britches moving around. Judging from his actvity he is very excited to meet us! Caden's favorite game of the night was "Go find Uncle Jared." This game consists of Jared hiding is a scary place such as a closet or behind a shower curtain and Caden and I finding him and subsequently screaming like little school girls when he jumps out at us. By the way Jared thinks this is highly HILARIOUS! This game always scared me as a kid. I hated playing hide and go seek because it always scared me to find some one and it always scared me to be found. Needless to say I screamed louder than Caden when we found Jared the first 2 times. Caden must have thought he needed someone braver on his side because he enlisted the help of brave April to go with us to find Monster Jared. She was very brave although I have to say when Jared ripped back the shower curtain she screamed right along with the rest of us. I feel so blessed to live so close to Caden that I can share in silly games like that. Hope everyone is doing well and will enjoy this beautiful week end. Jared is out on the golf course right now basking in the sunshine and I am in a cold flourescent lit office. Bitter party of one!
