I'm with you Sheron TGIF, TGIF, TGIF!!!! Too funny, Alli, you've got all us gals pegged! I've had a weird week and am thrilled that tomorrow I can finish painting in my office, I hope? Mark & I &, Sheron & Jerry have finished making our hotel/flight arrangements for the trip to Denver for the wedding/baptism. We're gonna come in on Friday 10th with Sheron & Jerry and stay out at the airport, (it'll be easier for us on Sunday since flight leaves pretty early- Remember this is Mark we're talking about, LOL! It's early if its before 11:00 a.m. on Sunday morning!) We'll holler before then with all the details . . .
We're gonna take Devin out for dinner when he gets in from work and then on to shop for some clothes for his Birthday. It may not be the most exciting birthday gift, but it's definitely something our guy needs. He's like most young men, he hates shopping, but by-golly, he REALLY needs some new things. I've got to get him to throw out those shirts he's hanging onto that are about 6 years old? The stains are not tie-dye?
Jared, the options for a boys name are pretty interesting. Think about this: Jared Blaine Gowens, Jr. He could be called Blaine, as you say, or JB, or JJ, or Junior, or JBGJ, or with Eletia calling you ass, J-Ass, LOL! In this day of movie sequels, please don't call him, J-Ass II! Don't get me started, LOL! I'm just being silly! I think the name you've picked is cool. Now what about that girl's name?
April, Caden tells me that he's going to live with you , Daddy and Toby! Well, I'm glad he cleared that up, aren't you, LOL! I can tell you've had to work on him with that idea, right? I hope you guys are having fun with the house hunt, it's a blast! Just keep in mind what it will look like when you put your personal touches to a house. Lord, I remember one of our houses had lavendar walls in Amarillo, (that took a bit of inspiration, let me tell you?) Why don't you give Meredith a call sometime, the phone rings both ways you know, LOL!
Diane & Cameron- Congrats on the wonderful news! See what happens when something's right- all the pieces fall together- job, house, daycare, neat as a pin! You won't have to worry about Brock with a center right in the hospital where you both work and with such a great reputation, WOW! I remember the week before we moved down to Montgomery, we were all still working and I kept out 2 work outfits and mix-matched all week, 1 pair of jeans,T-shirt and tennis shoes, & 1 set of jammies. Let me tell you, I was glad to have other clothes in my house, but it was really pretty easy, with fewer decisions to make< huh? So here's my advice: if you haven't used in in a year, throw it out- donate it to charity! It's a lot easier to clean out the old stuff before a move rather than after!
