Glad to here that Eletia's surgery went well! I was very glad that there was no surgical complications.
In preparation for our trip to Alli's wedding, I had to call Tress to find out how to pack. Jerry and I have not flown in a long time and I know that there have been some new restrictions put into place about packing and items that have to be packed a certain way. After calling I then proceded to get items together. In doing so I realized that one of the sets that I had worn to Lauren's bridal luncheon was missing. The only thing that I can remember is that the set, I had planned to take, has to be dry cleaned. I sort of remember that I had told Jerry to be sure and not wash the set with any of his things that he was washing because it had to be dry cleaned. I sort of remember that he said that he would take the set to the cleaners. If the set went to the cleaners, I hope that they have not gotten rid of the set as it has been a little over 60 days! If the set is gone, it will be a first for me in that I had only worn it one time! I will try not to let it upset me though! I went ahead and changed my plans and got my suitcase packed. I have my quart-sized ziplock baggie in my purse with all the liguids and my medication inhalers. Tress reminded us that we have to remove our shoes at the airport, so we needed to wear slip on shoes. Jerry doesn't want to wear sandles on the plane, so he is planning on getting some deck shoes for the trip.
Jerry will be picking me up after work today and we will travel down to Tressie's and Mark's house to be prepared to get up very early to get to the Houston airport and fly out on Friday. All of us will be returning on Sunday to our respective homes.
Cameron is to work at the nursing facility this weekend, so he and Diane and Brock will be at our house over the weekend while we are in Denver. Townsend, of course, will be on his vacation from us in his usual kennel. I am unaware of what palns my other kids have for the weekend.
Well wish us all a safe trip! Sheron
