TGIF!!!!!!!!! It is colder than everything this afternoon here in Cameron. All I want to do is get home, get my feet under a warm blanket, drink some hot cocoa and relax! I have been working out at least 4 times a week for the last 2 weeks! however, I have to add a little change to my diet before I will see any pounds dissolve. I have been eating a lot of salad, but the salads contain other additions that I feel don't really go on the acceptable list, such as nuts, taco shell bit, bacon bits. Oh well, come Monday morning it is down to business!!! I have joined Curves and all in all I am enjoying it! Maybe I can get a little fitter than I am now! I have gone 8 times and worked out in the last week. I would work out on Friday also, but I do not get off in time to get there from work before they close at 6pm. Monday thru Thursday they stay open until 7pm, so I am able to get there in time to work out. The location in Robinson is not open on Saturday or Sunday, but I can start working at at home either on my recumbent bike or on my treadmill. It is just more fun to work out with others.
