Dear Eletia & Sheron,

I know what you mean, I too got up this morning thinking about that day 32 years ago when we had to say goodby to Momma. None of us wanted to and couldn't imagine going ahead into an uncertain future without her. You're right, our relationship with mom was complicated and the illness had worn so long and hard. I know of few people who could, out of sheer will, hang on as long as she did for us. We all loved her without reservation and today still do but it's time to let go of the hurt and I'm so happy and proud that you're doing that now. It will lighten your step and allow you to move forward into your future.
