good morning GS,
hope this blog find all well and happy this morning.
Another big day for all TECH fans out there. GO TECH!!!
Allison hope everything is finally straightend out for you, and feeling much much better. That is really scary and miserable. Just a few more days and we will get to hug and kiss you guys all we want for a few days. Looking forward to this. I sure do miss you and Chad, love you as if you were my own.
Sheron, havent heard from you lately. All going well? You and Cameron still driving back and forth some? I bet it is nice to have some companionship on the drive to and from Cameron. I remember when I worked in Lubbock, just that drive when Blair and I could ride together was nice, although Blair would turn the music up sky high and say, Dont say a word. I wouldnt either. I heard the Tech Fight Song a lot on the Morning ride. But was nice when we could ride together. I had to work in the office for two days this last week, due to computer problems, after just two months have forgotten the traffic and distance. It is really nice to just get out of bed and walk to the desk and go to work, if everything works properly. There can still be accidents if you dont turn on lights or forget you put something on the floor. I have ran into the wall and hit my face hard and forgot I had my computer on the floor pulled out and fell right over it. Cluts.
I joined in on Blairs company volleyball team last nite. It was a hoot. I had the "best" of show for the nite and ended up scooting face first on the floor, but did not put my hands down, did not want a broken wrist. I have to work. Bruised knee and shin, and pride, but I am fine and it was kinda fun for a change. I did manage to dodge all the spiked balls and did not end up with my face turned around. I will probably not play again, only could play in one more, before my surgery anyway. Stress test Monday afternoon, want to make sure I can run I guess. No doctor just wants to make sure I will be ok during surgery. It will be great. I am so looking forward to getting this done and over with. Then maybe I can run more without the back problem thing. Or jump like Blair makes me sometimes. I will need new knees for that.
Tressie so glad job stuff is going great and I know you will be glad to start back up again.
Tressie, Mark, Meredith, Michael, Devin, Sheron, Jerry, Cameron, Diane, Brock, Brandon, Will, John, Lauren, Blair, Jay, Jared, Betsy, Kate, April, Zac, Caden, Toby, Allison, Aidan and Alex, cant wait till Nov.27-30th. New memories to add to all we already have. Sheron have you got the geriatric games yet? Let me know what you have so I can cheat!! I love you guys bunches. Eletia
